Neighbours complained about our bin area, will a bigger one actually help?

We run a small restaurant in Satwa and the building management has been on our case about the waste area, says our bins overflow by evening and the smell carries into the corridor. Fair enough, honestly the two small bins we have are not enough for the volume we generate during dinner service. So I am considering replacing them with one large unit instead of adding more small ones, because the space is tight and I do not want four bins crowding the back alley. Looking at options, a wheelie bin 1100l seems like the standard large size used by commercial setups, but I am worried about a few things. First, can one person actually move it when it is full or do we need two guys every time. Second, will it even fit through our back gate which is not that wide. And third, does the municipality here collect from that size or do they only take smaller bins and I would need to arrange private collection. Would love to hear from other food businesses who made this switch because I do not want to spend on something that creates new problems.
